Welsh Hairpins are Fun

We went to the Welsh border area with a van full of Bristol Locals today and skated some cool stuff that Andy found. He's too good at finding hills for us... This one was a beauty, a right hand hairpin into a short, steep straight, then a left hand hairpin, perfect surface and hardly any traffic. Lots of sliding, bombing, carving and dirty overtaking. Sweet!

Let's Skate Shiner Hill on a Friday until we fall over

Dar, Mark, Mike and Adam, switch and regular fun on the Shiner Hill in Bristol. Going to Wales on Sunday, hopefully it won't rain this time...

Bristol Session Photos

The hottest weekend of the year yet brought some sweet skating in the west country! The Bristol and Exeter events went off, sounds like the Greenwich jam was rad too.

We had people from as far away as Southampton and Eastbourne making the trip to skate Bristol's traffic-free sunny roads, Bridge Valley Road was sweet as always, and there was a record amount of urethane dust on Psyche after we had finished with it...

First Race of the Year - Darnetal

A strong contingent of English skaters made it over to the Darnatal French Champs last weekend - Mike River, Mark Penman, Chris Vanstone and Darren Rathbone. Racing was fast and furious, the standard of skating looks like it is higher than everthis year, so if you're going to an IGSA race this summer, you'd better get your steez on! GB Positions:

Mike: 12th

Chris: 26th

Darren: 41st

Mark: 50th

This is a sweet race and you need to go to it next year! Organised by our good friends the Riders En Bray, it's a fun hill with amazing organisation.

Finally!!!! We got round to getting some Tshirts done.Available from us direct, for now - you will only be able to get these on our website or from us at events over the summer. £15, S/M/L/XL, Lush Red only for now. Coming very, very soon... if we're lucky the first batch will ready for the Bristol and Exeter events this weekend. Red makes you go faster... Fact.

Bristol Session This Weekend!

Come and skate some traffic-free roads this weekend with the Lush crew! Meet at Bridge Valley Road at 11am, then we'll move on to Psyche and a few other places later in the day.

He has just got a new Spooky (2010 protoype...) with some fresh blue Cults and is getting into this hill bombing thing in 2010... look out for this guy at the next event, he is about to Kill It. And he's one of the nicest and wholehearted people you could care to meet, too.
